I just returned from a short trip to central Florida and found that the wisteria was starting to bloom on the arbor.  This will initiate the setting of the Third Annual Wisteria Soiree date.  Our weather continues to be cool and very wet but if it starts to dry out we will schedule the soiree on the afternoon of Thursday (11 April) or Monday (15 April).  I will let everyone know before hand.  Everyone is invited and I will list what you need to bring when I set the date.  I will need an RSVP to insure that I have enough shrimp so check your calendars and make your plans.

We always have a great time.

Hi, Gordon. I follow your site here and enjoy it very much. I would love more info on the soiree. Thanks! Cindy

WE HAVE A GATHERING EACH YEAR UNDER OUR WISTERIA ARBOR WHERE OUR GARDEN FRIENDS GET TOGETHER WITH A LITTLE WINE, CHEESE, FRUIT, SHRIMP AND WHAT EVER IS BROUGHT. IT IS PLEASANT AND INFORMAL AND WE ENJOY EACH OTHER AND THE SPRING WEATHER. LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE THURSDAY THIS YEAR STARTING AROUND 4:00. BRING SOMETHING TO SIT ON, BUG SPRAY, A WINE OF CHOICE, FRUIT OR CHEESE OR WHAT EVER. I BRING THE SHRIMP, PLATES, UTENSILS, COKE (ETC), LET ME KNOW HOW MANY ARE COMING SO I HAVE ENOUGH SHRIMP.

Gordon,
Enjoyed meeting and visiting with you at the MB Class of ’63 reunion. Look forward to sharing perspectives on gardening from the St. Andrew Community Garden in Billings, MT. Very different climates and environments!
You can check out info about the St. A. Garden at standrewbillings.org and see our Facebook page under St. Andrew Community Garden.
